The selected candidate will work at the University of São Paulo's Institute of Physics (IF-USP), in São Paulo city, Brazil, in a project coordinated by Prof. Linda Caldas.

Candidates graduated in exact sciences, with a good postgraduate academic record and with a PhD obtained in the last 7 years in Physics, Nuclear Technology or Sciences can apply for the scholarship. The theme of the PhD must have an interface with the topic “Development of tissue-equivalent materials”. Candidates must also demonstrate experience in scientific collaborations and a good English level.
The post-doctoral position is open to candidates of all nationalities. The selected candidate will receive a Post-Doctoral fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in the amount of R$ 7,373.10 per month and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
